Book a Strata Search

Strata Search fees are prescribed by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016 and are payable in advance via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
• Non-owners: $60 (incl. GST) for the first hour, plus $30 for each additional half-hour (or part thereof).
• Owners, mortgagees & their authorised agents: $31 (incl. GST) for the first hour, plus $16 for each additional half-hour (or part thereof).
