Bill has built a successful career helping advise and manage both SMEs and some of Australia’s leading blue-chip businesses. He founded More Than Strata with the belief that Owners Corporations deserved to be managed like businesses because they are businesses.
More Than Strata offers the leading thinking, tools and techniques that Bill gained over 20 years working as a strategy and management consultant with global technology consultancy Accenture, as a private equity investor with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and across a range of senior management roles. Bill believes that purpose-led Strata Committees, enabled by committed strata managers equipped with right tools and techniques, powerful change can be achieved and the potential of the strata community can be fulfilled. Bill is learning to play the electric guitar and is working on a repertoire of great 80’s rock.
Timothy is an owner of a portfolio of residential and commercial strata units. For over a decade, he has served on strata committees for some of the largest Owners Corporations in Sydney including World Tower and Summit Apartments in Sydney CBD.
Timothy has first-hand customer experience dealing with wide-ranging strata issues including multi-million dollar building defect claims, major capital works improvement projects and building strong communities.
His passion for strata investment led to an Executive appointment at Smarter Communities, second largest strata manager in Australia, where he led Innovation and Marketing. Prior to working in strata, Timothy held a number of Executive positions in ASX-listed companies in other industry sectors.
Timothy is an advocate for driving change that adds value and is keen to share his experience doing that with fellow strata owners.

Mark has spent more than two decades in strata looking after communities of all shapes and sizes, so he’s seen just about everything strata has to throw at you.
Mark is a Class 1 Strata Managing Agent who is committed to help owners improve their property, protect their asset and make the community a nicer place to live. From bringing a neglected building back to its former glory or making it better than it ever was, to restoring harmony and bringing people together.
An advocate for the customer, Mark believes every community is unique and there rarely is just one answer to an issue. He works tirelessly with committees and owners to find answers that work for them.
