Book a Strata Search

To arrange a strata search please complete the form below. Please allow up to three business days for your request to be processed, subject to all required information being submitted. All strata searches are conducted online. Once the request is processed, a unique link providing access to records, valid for 24 hours, will be sent to the nominated email.

Kindly note, non-owner searchers will need to provide written authority from the owner or vendor’s solicitor before the request can be processed.

Strata Search fees are prescribed by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016. A fee of $34.10 (including GST) per inspection is payable in advance via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
