Request a Section 184 / 174 Certificate
A Certificate under Section 184 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 or Section 174 of the Community Land Management Act 2021, contains a wealth of information about the strata scheme / community association and the state of its financial health. It is typically required in response to the sale of a unit / lot so that adjustments of any money can be made at settlement.
To request a Section 184 / 174 Certificate, please complete the form below and attach proof of payment. Fees are are prescribed by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016 / Community Land Management Regulation 2021.
Per the Act, the Certificate must be supplied within 14 days of receipt of the completed application. For urgent requests, issued within two business days from the receipt of request and payment, additional fees apply.
