Natalie is an award-winning strata manager with 20 years experience. She is well known in the sector for having managed some of Sydney’s most complex buildings as well as for her management of large defect matters and remediation projects.
As a believer in consumer education and support, Natalie was the founding content expert for the City of Sydney Strata 101 program in 2011, where she still presents today. Natalie is often called upon to speak on all thing’s strata, or to facilitate strata events. She has presented for the Owners Corporation Network, Strata Communities Australasia (NSW & National), City of Ryde, Griffith University, Deakin University and the University of New South Wales. Natalie has been a guest on the Your Strata Property Courageous Conversations with Leanne Pilkington podcasts.
As an advocate for women in the sector, Natalie spearheaded the Women in Strata mentoring program and contributes regular blogs to Women in Strata, offering career advice and guidance to women in the sector. In her non-strata time Natalie volunteers as part of the NSW leadership team for Share the Dignity, all while being Mum to an unsurprisingly feisty daughter.
Agnes sets the new standard for service in strata management. She is motivated to provide outstanding service because she is acutely aware of the responsibility and importance of managing peoples homes.
Agnes brings the Concierge-mindset to More Than Strata. She is customer driven and her previous experience in recruitment and mortgage broking have provided her with the skills and passion to deliver on our service promises.
Agnes is Licensee-in-Charge of More Than Strata. She has a Masters in Accounting and worked for two years in the high-demand new development team for a large strata agency. When not working alongside Strata Committees and helping our Lot Owners, Agnes can be found with her Cavoodle puppy–Ballo–in one of the leafy North Shore’s many off-leash parks.
Bill has built a successful career helping advise and manage both SMEs and some of Australia’s leading blue-chip businesses. He founded More Than Strata with the belief that Owners Corporations deserved to be managed like businesses because they are businesses.
More Than Strata offers the leading thinking, tools and techniques that Bill gained over 20 years working as a strategy and management consultant with global technology consultancy Accenture, as a private equity investor with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and across a range of senior management roles. Bill believes that purpose-led Strata Committees, enabled by committed strata managers equipped with right tools and techniques, powerful change can be achieved and the potential of the strata community can be fulfilled. Bill is learning to play the electric guitar and is working on a repertoire of great 80’s rock.
